Who is Pilates For?

Pilates is for everyone, Pilates is for you. Whether you are pregnant, post-natal, recovering from surgery, managing injuries, aches and pains or you simply desire to move in order to feel good, Pilates is for you!

Why Pilates?

Pilates is a low-impact and mindful movement practice that fosters a deeper mind-body connection. Moving with intention re-educates the bodies movement patterns, this develops awareness and neurological connections enabling individuals to move more efficiently. Pilates teaches individuals how to avoid patterns that contribute to pain and discomfort through controlled exercises. Movement can be a powerful tool to manage aches and pains and reduce mental and physical stress. Pilates is designed to enhance posture, balance, mobility, stability and strength whilst empowering the mind, body and soul.

The Space

The Pilates Practice is a tranquil studio designed and crafted specifically to enhance your Pilates experience. The studio offers the full range of high spec BASI equipment and is located in a peaceful setting surrounded by rolling hills and colourful gardens that allows individuals to fully immerse themselves in the mindful practice. Free parking, toilet and changing facilities are available on site with easy access to the studio.

What we offer

The Pilates Practice offer bespoke one to one, two to one and three to one, fifty five minute Pilates sessions. Use the drop down bar here to find out more.

  • One to one sessions allow you to move at your own pace and ask questions freely. These sessions are educational, focused and tailor made entirely for your body. They’re precise and productive and an excellent choice for those seeking rehabilitative support. Long term goals can be worked towards whilst addressing the bodies changing needs on the day.

  • These sessions are the perfect balance between personalized attention and safe progression with the benefits of saving money. Two to one sessions continue to be educational, precise and focused in a semi private setting. Working with a partner adds encouragement, consistency and a touch of friendly accountability.

  • Share the joy of moving with the added energy and motivation of others in these small group sessions. Continue to learn with individualized attention, move your body and feel good in a more social setting with the benefits of lower rates.

  • Single session

    This is the most expensive form of payment but allows you to try Pilates without commitment and keeps your practice flexible.

    Two months expiry from date of purchase.

    £50.00 — One-to-One

    £32.50 — Two-to-One (£32.50 per person)

    £27.50 — Three-to-One (£27.50 per person)

  • Package of 5

    This is great option if you are interested in regular Pilates sessions and helps make your practice more affordable.

    Three months expiry from date of purchase.

    £237.50 — One-to-One (£47.50 per session)

    £150.00 — Two-to-One (£30 per person, per session)

    £125.00 — Three-to-One (£25 per person, per session)

  • Package of 10

    A block of 10 saves you money, enables you to secure the sessions you want with advance booking and encourages you to stay consistent.

    Six months expiry from date of purchase.

    £450.00 — One-to-One (£45 per session)

    £275.00 — Two-to-One (£27.50 per person, per session)

    £225.00 — Three-to-One (£22.50 per person, per session)
